The concept of Apogee started with this simple, yet profound question. We started completely from scratch and made no assumptions based on how school has always been done. We spent two years asking gifted kids, former gifted kids, parents, educators, universities, industries, and anyone else with an opinion. We recorded countless pages of notes and condensed the main themes into a model that became the Apogee School.
Welcome to the Apogee School. We are a small school in Indianapolis designed from the ground up to be an ideal learning environment for gifted kids. Apogee is so much more than a school. We are a community that supports the entire gifted family so your child can feel safe, loved, included, and understood. Apogee is constantly growing and evolving to meet the needs of our students.

Gifted students often come from a school where they ask, “What do I have to do to get an A?” At Apogee, we ask a different question. “How can I discover my personal best to reach my full potential?”
The name Apogee was deliberately selected because it’s a positive message for our school culture that encourages students to discover their strengths and grow into the best version of themselves.
